Our mission is to foster independence as well as friendships in addition to improve the quality of life for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Volunteerism provides an opportunity to become active members by contributing to their community. We help with life skills which offers education and training in life skills focuses on the individual's strengths. Life skills consists of hygiene, chores, cooking, and daily living.

- Our Story -

As a life skill, functional academics, community-based high school teacher, I realized that most of my students would exit school and often just sit at home. Which I feel can be a social stigma that needs to change because those with intellectual disabilities must be integrated into the local community as well as being part of our society. Therefore, a parent and I approached an Indiana State Representative to discuss the need for more social and life skills opportunities for those with intellectual disabilities, especially upon completing high school. That conversation motivated me to meet with Father Patrick at St. Thomas Aquinas Church on Purdue’s campus where I found a home for Life Has No Boundaries. At that point I continued to do my homework by getting excellent legal advice to complete all the state and federal requirements. I bring several years of special education experience and a passion for supporting those with developmental disabilities. Consequently, I have created a unique day service program that fully integrates those with disabilities into our community.
